Bexy lady is a play on the Jimi Hendrix “Foxy Lady” and the shop has a retro feel. The shop has a strong visual and atmospheric ambience. The clothes are colour lead and it is easy to find your way round the store. It is a fun relaxed store with friendly and helpful staff who are always on on hand to give their advice on colour and styling. We believe in our customers having a good time and not being put under pressure.

Music is an important part of Bexy Lady and our playlists are well loved by our customers.  The music is always changing and "moving on" to suit the time of year and the fashions currently in store.

Our playlists are part of the ambience of the store.  Our customes love them and are always asking what the music is and where can they get hold of it.  Unfortunately, these play lists take hours to put together and are not available to the public but we are happy to tell you what track is playing if you hear one you really love.

60s                                 so many people want this one!  Not altogether typical of the "normal" 60s music - some unusual tracks

Motown/old soul              this speaks for itself

Soul Funk                       upbeat and very funky

Soul Girls                        Our first Soul Girls playlist was so successful that we now have 4 Soul Girls playlists.  The first one has

                                      artists such as Adele, Joss Stone Alice Russell and "older" soul girls such as Spanky Wilson.

Soul Girls 2                      Duffy, Pixie Lott, Gabrielle Cilmi, K T Tunstall and Ellie Goulding to name but a few

 Soul Girls 3                     This is a bit more edgy with artists such as Florence and the Machine, Belleruche. Also Imelda May and more Alice Russell.

Soul Girls 4                       Our latest and fave of the moment - loads of Beverley Knight, Caro Emerald, more Joss Stone, Byonce, Spanky Wilson (mixed)

Clubbed                            A great mix of club favourites but not too heavy - just great!

Unclubbed                        For the quieter moments - still great tho!
